organization (and Stripe’s processes as applicable).
(b) Free trial. New Organizations receive a thirty (30) day free trial. A valid payment method is required to begin the trial. No setup fees apply and no charge is made during the trial period. Unless the Organization cancels before the end of the trial, the subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription and the payment method on file is charged on the thirty-first (31st) day for the first billing period. Find Your Way will send a reminder to the Organization administrator at least seven (7) days before the trial ends. An Organization may cancel at any time during the trial from the platform's admin settings and will not be charged.
(c) Billing. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe on the monthly anniversary of the subscription start date. Organizations authorize Find Your Way to charge the payment method on file for all applicable fees and taxes.
(d) Term. Subscriptions are offered on a monthly plan or a six-month prepaid plan, as selected by the Organization at signup or in an applicable order form. Monthly plans are month-to-month with no minimum term. Six-month prepaid plans are for a fixed six (6) month term.
(e) Six-month prepaid plan. An Organization may elect a six-month prepaid plan, under which the full six-month subscription fee is paid in advance at signup in exchange for a ten percent (10%) discount off the then-current per-bed monthly rate. The prepaid amount is calculated on the Organization's licensed bed count as of the plan start date. Beds added during the prepaid term are billed monthly in arrears at the discounted per-bed rate for the remainder of the term. Reductions in bed count during the prepaid term do not result in a refund or credit. Unless cancelled at least thirty (30) days before the end of the term, a prepaid plan renews automatically for a successive six-month term at the then-current rate, charged to the payment method on file.
(f) Cancellation. An Organization administrator may cancel at any time from the platform's admin settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current paid period, and access continues through that period. An Organization on a six-month prepaid plan may cancel at any time, but cancellation takes effect at the end of the prepaid term and no refund or credit is issued for the unused portion.
(g) Refunds. All fees are non-refundable, including for partial months and for periods of non-use. No prorated refunds are issued upon cancellation. Find Your Way may, in its sole discretion, issue credits or refunds in individual cases; doing so does not obligate it to do so in any other case. Prepaid six-month subscription fees are non-refundable in whole or in part, including where the Organization cancels or ceases use before the end of the prepaid term.
(h) Failed payment. If a charge fails, Find Your Way will retry and notify the Organization administrator. Accounts more than fifteen (15) days past due may be suspended. Data associated with an account suspended for non-payment may become inaccessible to the Organization. Retention of that data is governed by the Find Your Way Privacy Policy.
(i) Price changes. Find Your Way may change subscription pricing on at least thirty (30) days' notice by email or in-app notification. Changes apply beginning with the next billing period following the notice, and the Organization may cancel before that period begins. Price changes do not apply to a six-month prepaid plan during its prepaid term; any change takes effect at the start of the Organization's next term, and the Organization will be notified at least thirty (30) days before that term begins.
(j) Data on termination. For thirty (30) days following cancellation or termination, the Organization may access the platform for the limited purpose of exporting its data. After that period, Find Your Way will disable Organization access and remove the data from the active platform. Find Your Way's retention of records after that point, including resident program records, is governed by the Find Your Way Privacy Policy. This section does not relieve the Organization of its own record-retention obligations under applicable law, licensing, or accreditation standards.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, except taxes based on our
net income.
Users may send text messages in house chat and submit other content
(requests, notes, photos for chores/receipts).
You retain ownership of your content, but you grant Find Your Way and your
housing organization a license to host, process, display, and use that
content as needed to operate the Services.
